The Pico Plus is about $1K less than the Nero, so that's where my decision really comes in. Selling my Nero 400 oven by Brooke Bake - just like a Rofco B40 but with several improvements:-independent deck thermostats & sight glasses- latching door handle with improved gasket seal$3,250 + freight from Oregon.
